Carnelle D Rutledge – A Highly Skilled Sales Representative

Carnelle D Rutledge is a highly skilled sales representative with fifteen years of rich experience in the industry. Presently, he is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana and works as a salesman for one of the leading auto-mobile companies in the region – Grote Automotive. He sees his role not just as a “salesman” who has to sell ice to an Eskimo, but as a consultant, who constantly seeks to comprehend his potential customers' needs to evaluate the best fit for them.

Unlike many salesmen who talks more than they listen, Carnelle D Rutledge knows when to be a talker and when to be a listener. Carnelle D Rutledge has pursued his studies from some of the most prestigious institutions in the country. He did his A.S. in Social Science from the Southwestern Christian College, Terrell, TX and then attended the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL to do his B.S. in Social Science. To learn the core marketing fundamentals, he took up a Modern Marketing Course in 2000. In 2007, he enrolled in a one year Business Management Course to learn how to manage and optimise a company's business processes. From 2001 to 2004, Carnelle attended many Management Seminars at the American Management Association, which is known to provide a variety of management training courses and programs.
